Tracking steps, calories, and workouts can motivate, but also stress people out. Have apps improved your habits or made you obsessive? Which features help the most? Where do you draw the line between accountability and unnecessary pressure?

I don't use any kind of fitness app and I think these apps are creating unhealthy pressure for those who are using them.
