Streaming, gaming, and scrolling dominate leisure time. Do digital hobbies leave you refreshed or drained? How do you decide when to unplug? Which offline activities still hold your attention?

They definitely can. Time spent on gaming, social media, or online communities often replaces outdoor activities, reading physical books, or in-person hobbies. Digital hobbies aren’t inherently bad, but they shouldn’t completely replace offline experiences that nourish different skills and social connections.

I think so, these days most people are spending time online, hooked to their devices, especially hand held devices. These days most people are involved in digital activities rather than real world activities.

Streaming is a full time job while you play games and stream and get support from your supporters not to play for just 30 minutes or less, people spend hours in streaming and not every one has this capability.
