Legal frameworks often lag behind new forms of online harassment, like deepfake abuse or coordinated trolling. Victims struggle to get justice. Should cyber laws be updated more frequently? How can enforcement balance safety and freedom of speech?

I can't say about other countries, my in our country cyber bulling is misused term. These days freedom of speech and cyber bullying are mixing and it is difficult to say which is which

Technology evolves faster than legislation, so many cyberbullying laws lag behind new platforms, apps, and methods of online harassment. While some regions update policies frequently, gaps remain, making enforcement inconsistent and leaving victims without full protection.

Even if they update policities frequently it doesn't in same frequency of update of technology.
