“Customers are always right” is a common saying in the business world, but in reality, not all customer demands are reasonable, and not all business actually sell what customers want, instead business feed their products on people. Some expect premium quality at rock-bottom prices. Others won’t be satisfied no matter what you offer. Likewise, business also promote products in a way that they make customers feel that the product is must have. Just look at the luxury brands and tech gadgets.

As a business owner I had that thrown in my face more than once. I determined not all customers are a fit for all businesses. Some customers are unreasonable and impossible to please. I invited more than a few to take their business elsewhere for my mental health.

The phrase “the customer is always right” isn’t always true. Some customers make unreasonable demands, mistreat staff, or manipulate systems. While customer satisfaction matters, protecting employees, setting boundaries, and ensuring fairness are just as important in building a healthy business.

No, customers are not always right, but it's crucial to treat them with respect and strive to understand their needs. The phrase "the customer is always right" is not true. to me

Definitely not, that's a classic sales phrase to make people understand that you should listen to your customers' complaints and focus on satisfying what they need because you're interested in selling and making money, but customers are definitely not always right.

The customer is always right is only about making profit if a costumer does not purchase your product. When it comes to actual customer service, the customer is almost never right
