How do you feel about global warming? Could McCain is your guy based solely on the belief that global warming caused by man is absolutely impossible?

are you saying McCain states global warming was not caused by man?

If so you are wrong. I went to one of his speeches this summer. not because I supported him but because he was only a couple miles from my house and I wanted to see what it was like. I also got in to see Obama who as at our high school

anyway McCain has never said man did not cause global warming. he believes there is global warming and said the we can not gamble that it is not man induced and that it must be addressed.

Maud said Obama was your man if you think global warming is our (mankind's) fault. I was asking if he thought McCain was his man if he (Maud) thought global warming could not be caused by man. In other words, there may or may not be global warming, but in any case man did not cause it so it's not something we should be worried about. Yes it's confusing the way I put it.

If there is no difference between Obama and McCain on global warming, then why would either one of them be your man based on that issue?

Abrianna has said here in other threads that she thinks we are responsible for global warming. I think that puts her more in line with liberal views, so I said Obama is her guy. The planet heated and cooled before we were a factor so I don't think we are solely to blame if it heats up or cools down a few degrees. That has nothing to do with my support of McCain, I'm just not into Socialism. And though I fault them both for the bailout, Obama's need to feel neighborly and re-distribute wealth doesn't sit right with me.
