I still haven't heard anything, but I had a cheeseburger, fries, some tea, and some coffee snuck in this morning. Haha! I'm just ready to go home now. How 'bout that cake Amy? WHOOOT!!!!

Well I'll tell you this. Hopefully it was a panic attack and not a heart attack. I know for a fact that panic attacks are scary as hell the first time you have one and can often be mistaken for a heart attack. And although they suck, at least they aren't life threatening like heart attacks are. Here's to hoping for the best for you! :rockon:
I don't know why I would be panicing though. I was just driving along in the big truck and it started up. I wasn't even going to go to the ER but my mom called and made me. :ninja
I don't know what caused it when I had one either. It just happened. I looked at the EKG results that are in my medical record recently and the doctor made a note that it was possibly caused my a supraventricular extrasystole. Well, I didn't have the slightest clue what that was, so I googled it. Laymens terms is a heart arrythmia originating in the left ventricle.

They did say I had some sort of arrythmia when I came in. I have no idea what they're talking about. All I know is I'm still sucking on this oxygen tube, all kinds of freakin tubes and wires. They keep feeding me pills.. All I want is a smoke. I'm gettin pissy up in here.
An arrythmia is simply an irregular heartbeat. Most everyone experiences them on occasion throughout their lives. Still hoping it's nothing serious!!

Back before I found out about my hyperthyrodism (back in Aug) my heart would be so darn fast that I thought I was having a heart attack and it would feel like it was beating out of my chest. Come to find out, I wasnt having a heart attack (thank god) that it was thryoid overactiving really bad.

I just found out my uncle has to have quadruple bypass this week. Went in for a check up and found 4 arteries that were 90% plus clogged. They said he was a walking time bomb.
I was in Malvern. They released me awhile ago. They have no clue whats wrong with me. When I came in I had all symptoms of a heart attack, and it took 3 hits of nitro to get the pain subdued. But my tests came back fine. My heart slowed way down today, 112/52.
So they let me go, gave me some perscription for my heart and said if it happends again to come back. Quality....
