I got what Tim was saying
Beliefs are believing something to be true.
Example: I believe that the earth rotates around the sun so I will attempt to prove that assumption. That is science. Whereas one can believe that the sun rotates around the earth and will not test that belief because to them it is a reality.
One is a belief, one is not.
Fixed.
Okay, so both of these people believe, but one is not a belief is it? I think I know what you're saying, in that when science investigates something, it becomes more supported and less of a belief, and more fact. But it is still a belief no?
Thanks, but don't bother. I gave up already...
It is near impossible to carry on an intelligent conversation around here...
