Anyone here hate or avoid watching TV?

I don't hate it, it's just that I simply don't find anything worth watching much aside from news programs and some movie and special channels, like Nat Geo, Travel etc
It's usually on in the background, however.

What I hate of television are some commercials trying to impose foreign behaviors or portraying lifestyles that are not the typical of locals, but I also dislike most of the TV shows, series and even movies that are aired, so I rarely watch television and this has been for at least the past 10 years.

I don't use Television like I used to, mainly because of my computer.
Everything's available online, when I want to, so why use the TV?
But I do turn it on when it's dinner time, although I don't really pay attention to it.

I don't even have dinner in my kitchen anymore, I bring the food to my desktop and watch something ahah

I don't hate it, don't love it. There are a few shows that I enjoy but I'd rather watch a good movie.

I get why some might avoid TV, there’s often so much unnecessary content or ads that it can feel like a waste of time. Plus, with streaming services offering on-demand shows, the traditional TV experience can feel restrictive. However, I do find some great shows and documentaries on TV when I’m in the mood to unwind.

Yes, I lol I haven't watched TV since I was 15, it seems like garbage to me, obviously I respect the tastes of others and people who like TV, but since I have internet I only see things on the internet, I don't watch TV, the little that is on TV seems like garbage to me and it bores me.

These days I don't watch a lot of TV but I don't hate or avoid watching TV. I enjoy TV shows.

Honestly, I don’t watch tv that much anymore. I tend to stream tv shows and movies. Regular tv annoys the crap out of me as they have far too many commericals.

I do sometimes, By reducing TV time, i can free up time for more productive and enjoyable activities like exercise, hobbies, and social interaction.
