I've had it once. I thought I'd experiment and cook it. I put it under the broiler. The damn thing is so fatty that it caught fire. No joke. There were flames on the thing. It's wasn't that good. I won't make it again, at least not a single lamb chop. Maybe a rack of lamb would be better.

lamb can be a little greasy ,that is true.
you have to have lamb its the best meat for any curry..lamb tikka,lamb korma,lamb karai...mmm
you have to eat curry ,its essential for a happy life

sweetie thats not a blonde moment.
curry is a dish,and the best dish in the world.there are lots of different curries and theyre not all hot but some will put you inhospital with 2nd degree burns.9both moutha and arse the following day)
lamb is great for curries.

get some recipes and make some its the best...but it does have addictive qualities in some of the spices ,hence the whole of the UK addicted to curry,and little lambs everywhere shitting themselves

tikka was actually invented for the british market......they dont know what it is in india......so its good old british food

Pretty sure curry was invented by the British when they were in India and or got popular because, because of the meat, meat went rancid very quickly so putting a load of spices in it was the only way to make it palatable. Got to admit, I love my curry. I usually have cous cous instead of rice though. I put a load of lime in the cous cous and its lovely. Usually do chicken curry but prawns or lamb are a nice change. Goat curry is lovely too. My favorite curry is jalfreezie. :licklips:

we usually got to india each year,cant afford it this year :(and i buy loads of fresh spices ,cardamon,etc,it tastes waaay different.i have to smuggle it back in .
my suitcase
apparently the best chicken tikka is made at a small place in the pahgange in deli.
i always get ill because ill eat anywhere there,but 15 quid and and injection from an indian doctor plus lots of pills and bobs your uncle.
had an amazing daal in a transport cafe in rochdale once,cost 80p and the jukebox was pure bollywood
