Okay, cool. I was on a forum one time that had a real issue with posting freeware sites and pirating advice on threads. It made me curious.
Companies will try to sue the site administrators for information it's members passes along on it (it's happened several times over a few honda boards), but as far as I know it's never been held up to show an administrator is responsible for what it's members do.

not too sure really, I do know it is banned in the US.Not sure if having a copy can get you straight up arrested. Being placed on a watch list is more than enough to make me never want to look into it... lol
