thing is:

democracy is not about equality, it is about equal opportunity. this means that the gov't makes it so that the standards are set so that everyone has the equal ability to apply themselves. if democracy was abuut pure equality, we wouldnt have the internet and we wouldnt be debating this now. in fact, we would be starving and busting our asses for little to no pay while doctors train for years to receive the same shithole we get. there would be no motivation to work besides fear. we would be deprived of legitimate education and brainwashed with political teachings of their own agenda by means of propaganda in negative reflections of the rest of the world. this is why much of the communist-lead countries despise us.

one thing... our country does promote negative propoganda towards middle eastern countries, yet thats how they live, and whos right to say that is a wrong way to live?

of course we spread propaganda! the vast majority of our citizens are too stupid to realize what the hell is going on so stories are fabricated or edited to convince them the nation is doing a kickass job at what it should be doing so a senseless revolt wont occur. stupidity, ignorance, and rash decisions have ended the greatest of all empires.

the educated or enlightened shouldnt even be looked at on the same level as the ordinary citizen. simple as that. some minds can understand and rationalize better than others and these are the great minds of the best politicians.

belive me, after all the scandals and coverups and shit, of course our gov't doesnt share all of its technological advancements for one) to protect itself from enemies and two) to protect itself from citizens in a bolshevic frame of mind. remember "out of site, out of mind"? this is a key example: what the avg/ citizen doesnt know doesnt hurt them and the avg. citizen isnt brilliant and thinks in a rash manner so everything has been mapped out and is done for a reason...
