He tried to steal, he had a Gun, he threatened to kill by having it. Given what we know of the circumstances, he was killed because of his own actions, and the death is justifiable. On a purely humanitarian level, I feel he did not deserve to die. However, I cannot honestly feel sorry for someone in his position, regardless of a need.
