I feel your pain. A few years ago a postal worker shoved a box into my mail box that was a tad too big for the mailbox. I stood at the box for twenty minutes wiggling the package out.

I am very proud of you. What you did yesterday shows that you want to take control of your own life and your own happiness. I know that you were frightened and that you are still nervous about what this will mean to you and for you. I also know that it is in your nature to run away when frightened or if you feel cornered.
However, this time you realized that the person that would be hurt the worst by running would be yourself. Just as importantly, you recognized that this would help not only you but those around you that love you.
