Well, I am sure you have heard this, an apple a day puts the doctor away. There are a lot of proofs, an apple a day truly keeps the doctor away because it helps increase good cholesterol (HDL) and reduce harmful cholesterol (LDL), it has enzymes that are beneficial to teeth. Do you actually earn an apple a day?
