Michigan is not a top 10 team but ya gotta give em props

They have adjusted in the 2nd half of all their games. On offense and defense

They finally have some coaches

Next week against MSU should really indicate how good both teams are.

So, the mess that is the BCS (hey that rhymed) is getting ridiculous. Assuming that LSU beats Georgia on Saturday to win the SEC Championship, we're looking at a rematch of LSU vs. Alabama for the Mythical National Championship game. LSU, SEC champions, against a team they beat already, who obviously didn't win their division or conference. Meanwhile, we could have Oklahoma State left out of the mix, even if they beat Oklahoma on Saturday to win the Big 12.

Assuming the OSU beats OU on Saturday, here's why they deserve the #2 spot over Alabama...

OSU
SoS - 10th
Wins against opponents with winning records - 6
Wins over BCS top 25 - 5
Conference Champions? - Yes

Alabama
SoS - 38th
Wins against opponents with winning records - 3
Wins over BCS top 25 - 2
Conference Champions? - No

How can you argue with that? OSU beats Alabama in every single category, including the supposed SoS holy grail.

Here's my dream scenario for this weekend...

USF beats West Virginia
Houston beats Southern Miss
Boise beats UNM
OSU beats OU
Clemson beats VaTech
Georgia beats LSU

and of course...

Fresno State beats SDSU

The BCS would be in complete chaos at that point... who gets into the National Championship game? Here's how it would look (going by the current BCS standings).

1) LSU - Didn't win their conference, 1 loss
2) Alabama - Didn't win their division, let alone their conference, 1 loss
3) OSU - Should be in, highest ranked conference champions, 1 loss
4) Stanford - Didn't win their conference, 1 loss
5) VaTech - Didn't win their conference, 2 losses
6) Houston - Conference champions, undefeated
7) Boise - Didn't win their conference, but beat the SEC champions, 1 loss
8) Arkansas - Didn't win their conference, 2 losses
9) Oregon - Conference champions, 2 losses
14) Georgia - Conference champions, 2 losses
