Alright- Its the first of the year..

I know many people have new years resolutions of losing weight.. So whos all doing it?? Im gonna tone up. Ive got alot of people at work that is doing it with me. We are gonna meet at 5:30 am every day that we get off work and WORK OUR ASSES off!! SO- Whos with me/?


I'll be thinkin about ya..lol

really though i need to get back into shape myself. we'll see how it goes...

I worked out for an hour and a 1/2 today. So far I've had a turkey pastrami on rye and some carrots, celery sticks and a handful of sunflower seeds.

So I am still working hard to loose my 'college weight' I gained in 2007. So far I've lost 6 pounds. I have 30 more pounds I would like to loose.

I currently weight 146.

Mine aren't grand or anything:

1. Vacay with kids
2. Vacay with one another
3. Vacay with sister
4. Take Liam to the beautimous parts of WI
5. Camping
6. More time with friends
8. Get over the whole hair hangup deal
7. Just...not to let time slip by and not say "nah, another day."

Hi V, am already on to it with my workouts - my next one is tomorrow morning. ;)

I have been looking for an exercise DVD for months though, so although this isn't a new year resolution, I could only buy the DVD 2 weeks ago - over here, the execise DVD's aren't brought out til January! :willy_nilly: So, I had to wait to get started.

Anyway, couldn't do any last week as wasn't well, but did some yesterday and told to just workout 3 times a week, or it's too much of a starin on the body.

That and cutting down on food though, I have lost a fraction over 41b in 2 weeks. :D



Heck, she probably lost half of it last night!

I think I've stayed even this week.. as I havent done anything grand or been a total failure...

Staying even > than gaining- right?

Yep, that is still good hun :) and is how mine is right now - still at just over 4lb lost - been that way since my last post here. :)

My last weigh in was at 146 lb. I am hoping that I lost at least a pound or two. I've been working out and watching my diet. If I didn't loose, it won't stop my momentum. Nope, ain't going to happen. :)

Well I started my weight loss journey before the New Year. From October of 2007 until NOW, I have lost 60 pounds so I am with ya girl! :D
