Almost turned into an icicle

I left work early this morning around 5:45 because I had to run to WalMart and get a poster board for my child for school.
My husband always has the alarm set to get up at 6:30 every morning to get himself and the girls up so they can all get ready.
When I pulled up the driveway it was right about 6:10am. Got my stuff out of the car and went to go inside. Got to the door and the door was locked. He never ever locks the door so I was like Great! I dont have my house key with me. I knock on the door for a little bit, no answer. I go to knocking on the bedroom window, still cant wake the butthead up. So I go to my girls room and knock on their window, I cant wake them up either. By this point I am freezing my butt off! So I have no choice, I go sit back in the car and wait till I see a light come on in the house. I had the heater on in the car full blast but I think I nearly froze to death! lol It was 17 degrees outside and I was sooo cold and miserable

Yeah those days suck. Brian sometimes likes to lock the backdoor at night, so everytime I go to start my truck I make SURE that it's unlocked. Last thing I want to do is get locked out at 7:30 am. lol

heck no I took a hot shower when I got inside and after I got my girls on the school bus I went and crawled in bed, I wasnt in bed for about 3 hours when Cameron woke up

Try -4 .... :cool By Wednesday it's suppose to get to -8 with windchills -20. I live in MN and I'm usually frozen from late November until May!
