yes they should.....they're an independent state.....but i do think that lower ranked countries should qualify for the qualifiers

if you were andorran you'd probably be a bus driver or librarian by trade........but every couple of months you get to play football in stadiums like wembley or the san siro,sounds good to me

Aye, they even play their home matches in Spain. They have no stadium up to standard
