This is what I'm confused about. Down in Ft Worth (which is situated in Tarrant County) they allowed the sale of alcohol with a card that you filled out and signed, but it was a dry county.

At the same time you could go to Walmart and buy cold beer?

What is the point of a dry county if they DO allow sales of alcohol with special permits?

So would you care to show me the proof that nothing bad happens when you sell people guns?
I'm not saying nothing bad will happen if you sell alcohol but I really can't understand how you can think selling people guns is safer than selling them alcohol. Your argument was extremely flawed and biased because you were comparing the worst case scenario with alcohol to the best case scenario with guns. I also found it extremely insulting that you implied that I don't have a problem with drink driving because I don't have a problem with someone having a glass of wine with their meal when they eat out!
Peter I'm not going to pursue this discussion any further, not because I do not think I have very valid points, but because it is not worth it to possibly upset you further. My intentions were not to upset you in the first place and I am sorry that you felt insulted by me, I truly am.

Fondly,
Grace
