Lol I know. I can't help laughing at the situation either. Like, really? who does this happen to? Then it throbs from tensing up from the laughter, but the irony of that makes me laugh more.. It's like a paradox of pain and comedy :24: My poor boyfriend is wearing earplugs lol.

Maybe we should all start sleeping with more pillows for protection. We're violent sleepers apparently lol.


I have a guess fuzz. I'm thinking that I stretched in a weird angle. Because it's the top of my foot and the outside of my ankle up to my lower calf that hurt. I don't know much about muscle positions and all, but I'm taking a shot in the dark and saying it's that.

that would make sense....i have had my lower legs hurt (like i pulled a muscle) after i have woken up. never really thought about it until now
