I changed it to night time for some reason, it was inconvenient to pick an early time (like before 10am) in case I ever wanted to sleep in for the rest of my life lol

I have mine on reminder for 0930, it's around the time I wake up on my days off, if not earlier. There really isn't a time that would suit every day for me since I work a mix of days and nights. I just don't clear the reminder til I've taken the pill.

I don't take it at the exact same time each day, but it's usually somewhere within the same 3-hour block of time. I just take it as soon as I wake up, no matter when that is (and it usually falls between 6 and 9 AM).

I feel sort of trapped in it as well. I was taking it for my PCOS but I lost so much weight I may not have PCOS anymore (wouldn't know, I don't have affordable access to a doctor ) but I know when I go off it I'll just completely lose the rest of my hair *sulk*. The pill has ruined my hair.

looks blurry is it because I'm near the 40yr mark?

It's a funny thing, I've never really felt old or anything even when most people cringe at turning 30 (I'll be 32 in June to the newbs wondering..), it wasn't that big of a deal.
