No I haven't got it yet. Sometimes packages take awhile because of customs in both countries, weight issues, size issues etc etc.
When I sent Veronica a Christmas Present last year, I sent it on the same day as the cards but it arrived nearly 2 weeks after the other cards started arriving in America. And it wasn't very big or heavy.
Yeah that's my sort of salad.
Though the chicken one in Zizzi's on Monday was dead nice. That avocado was lovely. Definitely converted me.
