That sounds like Jim's fries...I don't eat fish but I looooooooooooove chips covered with salt and vinegar. I stand there when they are putting it in the newspaper and ask them to put more vinegar on. Then if I take them home, I put more vinegar on them :surrender

It's the only way to eat them. But only if they are good thick chips. I don't like the thin fries because they don't soak up any of the vinegar flavour.

and they get soggy WAY too fast if they are thin. They need to be thick, dense fries.
