Yeah I'm sure America is really troubled by that article. More so than the 3500 dead US soldiers.
That doesn't make them uncivilized, just inhumane.

I know there are plenty of people of there who are bright smart people who long for peaceful Iraq. But they're greatly outweighed by the amount of idiots over there, including some Americans, who think they can train a couple of people with guns and everything will be fine. Iraq will never be fine until the Shiites and Sunnis either declare peace, or after an all out civil war. Until then, a civilized way of life in unattainable due to the violence. Even after then, they are still stuck on this nation wide forced religion in which primitive value are embraced such as the degradation of women.
I doubt if there will ever be peace in Iraq. They've been nomadic tribes warring with one another for centuries. Now they aren't so nomadic, But they still hate each other.
