A neat idea i had

I wonder if anybody has ever done something like this. But with todays technology its very do-able.

Imagine having a band but never having physically gotten together. Like for example say i record a drum beat, then write a guitar riff and send it to boomer. He records a bass riff and sends it back to me. I just think its a neat idea to write a song with somebody you have never met, or somebody on the other side of the planet.

I love how universal music can be. What do you think? I'm not saying i actually want to do this but its just crazy enough to work!

It can work, I know a country band that has done that. Well, they weren't a band. Each was a musician and they put together a pretty good song.

of course live shows would be out of the question but maybe when ya got a few songs down you and your mates can meet up for the first time and play a show. That be even cooler.

thanx Brandi i knew somebody would follow me on this crazy journey haha

Nice idea while it lasted??

I had the same thing with nipple warmers!! Seriously Last winter i thought of this awesome idea to get little covers for nipples men or woman to go underneath your clothes cause its normally the first place it hits right...

Someone else took the idea and made them out of possum fur... or it was already thought of anyways ... i know how your feeling i kicked stuff when i found out too LOL

I know a bunch of online rappers... yes i said online rappers who used to do this. they put together beats each rapped a verse and then it was editted together. The tracks weren't that bad.

Hey now, you're saying that to the pregnant lady.
sorry, jus southofheaven was gettin sick of the rocks being kicked. i went to change it up and for some reason baby popped into my head.

wow, that sounds gay. Well im probably not being fair in thinking that right away. but......yeah.. i just dont really respect rappers as true musicians and artists. yeah there are some that i would give props to because i cant think of shit like that. just my opinion.

i dunno... it does take skill to rap or rhyme on beat. I give respect more to the producers who make their beats/instrumentals. There are some very creative underground hip hop groups blending instruments with their music. I guess thats neither here nor there. We all have our opinions.
