I was reading news this morning and have encountered this article:

http://edition.cnn.com/2013/10/31/health/smoking-aging-identical-twins/index.htmlAs a chain smoker before which now not so anymore I must say. I just want to share this, probably it will give somehow courage to those who are planning to be quitters! :)

Smoking as we all know is not not giving any good benefits when it comes to our health but I do understand how hard it is to just quit like that but with willingness that is absolutely possible.

Yes it is true that the nicotine in a cigarette can destroy the elasticity and collagen of our skin that is why most smokers had aged skin especially on their face. Sometimes those who are planning to quit are really having a hard time to do it. My husband smokes and I am always telling him that if he really wants to quit he can do it gradually little by little until the habit is already gone. :)
