She is too old, in my opinion. There is a risk that problems could arise with the pregnancy and the unborn child. She should be grateful for the child she already has.

I agree that she should be thankful and satisfied that she had a child in such extreme conditions.

70 year olds shouldn't be having kids, its selfish to realistically leave them as orphans before they are grown up.

I agree with that. Those poor kids are going to end up, best case scenario : mildly dysfunctional, worst case scenario : extremely dysfunctional.
