So I open up the windows to let all the nice fresh air in, and there are children out in the street screaming.

Seriously... shouldn't they be in their back yard where they are safe instead of running the street? These kids are 8 and under.

that is normal around here. Parents letting their 4 and 5 year olds run rampant. Wannabe thugs and stupid little kids with no respect yelling and running off at the mouth. It's only 50 here though

We played in our houses, our backyards, and the woods. We have kids just standing around on the street here... screaming.

My mom didn't raise me that way... must just be me.
