7 month-old shot execution style

99.9% of criminals know the difference between right or wrong and choose to do whatever it is that suits their selfish selves at any given moment. Evil is alive and well in the world, have no doubts about it.

This is just really so sad. I wonder where the Mom is in this story. My heart goes out to the family. Horrible, just horrible.

And what was this bullshit about relativism and not needing a death penalty?

Yeah, fuck that and the horse you rode in on. This perp deserves capital punishment, I don't give a shit what you say about "state-sanctioned" murder.

Life in prison for this shitbag is a crock. C'mon, bring it.

Im with you on that gp...in every way.

That is the sickest thing I have heard in awhile...the most disturbing...How could you fucking execute a 7 month old baby. I cant even comprehend what must have gone through their minds...ugh it makes me so fucking sick to my stomach.

So true, and rep delivered. Evil prospers where good men (and women) sit back and do nothing.

unimaginable horror. For all we know, she was at home cooking a nice meal while studying scripture.

One thing to think about, and not to get all relativist or some crock of shit like that (this one is black and white), but WTF was dad doing with a baby in a neighborhood where shit like this goes down? And I know violence can happen anywhere, anytime. But there are areas known for that. Was he in one? I think we need to know, because if you lie with dogs, you're going to get fleas.

And maybe the cops are massaging the facts to stir public outrage in order to apprehend the perp. They're not above that, you know. Initially, they said the baby got caught in the crossfire. Maybe that's true, maybe the latter story.

Either way, a baby's dead and that just sux. :(

I was wondering about the Mom because as a Mom I just can't imagine hearing this news.

Forensics can tell. I believe it is the latter part of the story.

It sucks that both are dead. It always hits us more when it is kids though because of that innocent factor.

Authorities: Men fatally shoot father, 7-month-old son, in apparent robbery attempt

(AP) - SACRAMENTO, California-Two men fatally shot a 21-year-old man during a suspected home-invasion, then shot his 7-month-old son in the head as he was strapped in a car seat outside the home, police said.
Detectives believe Sean Paul Aquitania drove with his son, Sean Paul Aquitania Jr., to a home on Friday to visit friends. He left the infant in the car and went to the front door. As two men answered, two other men ran up and forced their way inside, sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Tim Curran said Saturday.
A melee erupted, and Aquitania was shot at least twice in the upper body. The two suspects fled, stopping to shoot the infant. No one else was injured, Curran said.
The men whom Aquitania had gone to visit were questioned by detectives but not taken into custody, Curran said. They were initially cooperative, but detectives believe they know more than they are saying, he said.
"We are angered as law enforcement officers and disturbed as human beings that anyone could commit such an unconscionable act against an innocent child," Curran said. "We also find it morally reprehensible that people who may have information that could help our detectives solve this tragic case have seemingly been less than honest."
Authorities were searching for the suspects, Curran said.
Investigators initially believed the infant was killed accidentally by a stray bullet, but later determined he was killed execution-style.

A little more information ^^.

And that's what I meant. If there was any kind of stable home life, it's the worst thing a parent can hear. My goodness is it ever. So sad.
But she could have been a crackwhore who said, "Good riddance to the both of them." I hope not. I just hope if she's hurting (likely), that she and the rest of the family finds some semblance of comfort. God bless. :(

Maybe that is the neighborhood they lived in? Who knows.
Maybe, but regardless, it was the neighborhood they WERE in. For the sake of argument (and you know I love that), let's say it was some shitty barrio in Sactown and he was there to score some dope. Why was he there? And why would he take his 7-month old there?

AND clearly, for the yin to the yang, he could have been in an upscale housing district of Sacramento, maybe going to review his vast Large Cap holdings with his stockbroker, and random violence tragically occured.

Let's not make assumptions, but either way, if a 7-month old gets executed? The perp deserves to go down. WAAAAAAY down. Call it revenge or whatever you want, AEF, but this is EXACTLY the kind of fucked up shit that I'm talking about when it is appropriate and necessary for justice to be administered in the form of capital punishment. Life in prison without parole in this case in only corporal punishment and it's not enough. Call it whatever you want.

EXECUTING a 7-month old? Hang 'em high. :mad

this is one that would fit nicely in general population of prison they tend to do a better/faster job on scumbags that hurt children .

Exactly! A good reason where life imprisonment punishes someone more than the death penalty, living in living hell for this bastard is more of a punishment than peacefuly having a needle stuck in his arm and quietly going to sleep forever!

But she could have been a crackwhore who said, "Good riddance to the both of them."

Good Lord, that would be horrible. But true, she could be. But I'd hate to speculate like that.

I just hope if she's hurting (likely), that she and the rest of the family finds some semblance of comfort. God bless. :(
Ditto.

Well, I'm not going to argue with you , but I'll bite and converse with ya. That ok? ;)
If he was scoring dope, I doubt he'd think twice in regards to it being inappropriate to bring his kid with him. He'd probably think more along the lines of 'the kid is 7 months old and doesn't realize what I'm doing'.

AND clearly, for the yin to the yang, he could have been in an upscale housing district of Sacramento, maybe going to review his vast Large Cap holdings with his stockbroker, and random violence tragically occured.
True as well.

But regardless of the circumstances, they were both victims of a crime committed against them. ;)

Let's not make assumptions
LOL, you've been the one making all the assumptions, I've just been trying to follow where you are going with them.
:24:  :D

Death penalty in this case = Justice served. Agree'd.
