Wow, that's a big group! I know there's a walking club around here but I don't know of any running clubs.

Ouchie.. my legs are like jello today!!!

I don't think I've gone back and forth enough between the treadmill and pavement. I've done this distance several times, but never on the pavement. I'm sure paying for it today
