Ok, two things. First, that was perhaps the worst piece of media I have ever read. The author of that article needs to take English 101 again, and maybe even pay attention this time.
Second, this just goes to show that when you have money and fame you can pretty much do anything. He was able to buy a Lambo without first having a driver's license or insurance.
Shot 9 times... my ass.
 
the article writer does not know how to write an article. first, the story head line should have the famous person's name it like the writer did, but then after that, you use the full name, the reference name ( 50 cent ) in this case, and then refer to him by his last name only when referring to the person in future writings in the article.

for example:

lemon gets $1000 fine last week
reuters - james goodrich, otherwise known on some places online as 'lemon', was fine last week for spinning his tires in goose creek, south carolina. goodrich, a 10+ year resident of hanahan, was arrested last week for reckless driving.

et cetera...
