After 6.5 hours in the dealership they caved (after I gave them my card and started to leave) and I walked away with this 07 Wrangler X with 60,300 miles. I got the terms I wanted and payment AND zero down thanks to my high 700's credit rating.

Onward with the pics!

Not bad congrats.

They wanted 19,991 before tax / lic / fees.

I must have said 40 times "I don't care that you dropped it 3,500 before I got here, nonody pays sticker price." it took 6.5 hours but it finally clicked....hey, he's not paying us 19k...period. :p

Thats a long ass day. But you got what you wanted and did not settle. Im considering trading in mine for a Rubicon. But it has to be 4 door. Easier to get my kid in and out of.

My Papa told me never buy a brand new car, you lose your ass in value after you drive off the lot.
yes, but newer may mean better quality...not saying you are wrong in buying used, I got burned buying a used....and it was just plain awful...Pontiac Grand AM. Towards the end I couldn't get the key out of the ignition..since it was used I took it to a Pontiac dealership and got the best advice possible, use it as a down payment....lol

The four door is nice! I just have no need for one. The Rubicon also has the locking differentials. Schweet.

I bought from a reputable dealer, not to mention they "threw in" the warranty. It covers EVERYTHING except normal wear and tear shit.

Right now I have a liberty and I want to trade it in for a real jeep. The liberty is just way too nice for off road.

I don't much care for the Liberty, no offense. It's like Jeep's gay little Brother. Which is fine, but it should be wearing a Chrysler badge, not Jeep. IMO. :dunno

Trust me it can do everything yours can do. But this thing is fully loaded inside and out. I bought it used and it was like that. I want something nice. But not so nice that I feel I would cry if I scratched it.

Oh I know it can. I meant design wise, it just doesn't look or feel like what a Jeep should. My Mom has an 09 and she loves it. I hate it. :dunno

understood...car buying is not as easy as it seems...

Nope. This is the third car I have purchased at a dealership. Audi was by far the best and easiest to deal with, but these guys weren't bad, I just was not going to budge, so it took a while.

This is like mine. Same color but I have the same rims you have. Chrome mirrors actually way too much chrome on it for me. With this exact interior.

the uneducated consumer is a dealers best friend. an educated consumer is their worst nightmare!
I went shopping for a car with a classmate of mine, and all he wanted was a hookup for his Ipod...I was like....what? just go buy a shoebox....maybe a hotwheel....
