I am not complaining,am merely looking for input as to whether one agrees or disagrees with his statement....of which you are avoiding
I'm not avoiding anything. You hadn't asked if I agree or disagree until now. You just posted it and avoided giving your own opinion. In fact, you made a special point to tapdance away from giving an opinion by providing a disclaimer.

I don't see anything generally inaccurate in the OP. I'm just sayin' it won't be significantly different under the repubs.

What's your opinion?

The fine is $95 for the year. Considering how much ins costs, I seriously doubt it will make anyone get it or doesn't already have it. It's cheaper to pay the fine.

We had our ins agent come out last week (I run HR for a medium, 150ish employee business) we talked about all the law changes in depth. And all the loopholes of how businesses can get out of the mandatory offering of ins to everyone. Basically it's cheaper for everyone to pay the fines ($3,000/person a year for businesses). I seriously doubt this law will help anyone. But I do agree the heart of the matter is in the right place, just executed poorly.
Of course it will, just not the poor or uninsured. It was never designed to help them. It was designed to help a portion the corporate sponsors: the insurance companies. It will also help in the Progressives' progress toward collapsing the healthcare system so that Washington can ride in and save us all by providing a single-payer system, administered by private insurers through lucrative government contracts, of course.

I am looking for input before expressing my opinion...I created the thread to gain feedback regarding his statement and the probabilities of Obama care working...at this time I have not gained any input to show that it will be successful.

Yup that was their plan all along. Muck it up so bad that enough will believe the only answer is a single payer system. There is no other explanation for a liberal to support Obamacare because they other wise would not want to give the Insurance industry such a treasure trove.
