North Carolina has a couple of stories like this.

In reality, not sure how much this guy is really going to get, but he probably deserves every penny.

Just remember, the state or government sometimes really doesn't want the truth.

I think after being wrongfully accused of something and serving 16 years, he should get a by on the drug charges, it wasn't a violent crime.....
