It goes through paypal..the email addy can only be a pointed recipient..that may or may not have a paypal account.
You can not send funds to an email addy
You can send funds through paypal with an email addy being the pointed recipient if such account is set up on the other end.

Agreed........but who knows..maybe he is making money at the bars...."I will bet you my sack is bigger than a basketball"...5/ 50 dollar bets would be a pretty good hustle for a night.....May hate to lose em..plus he gets disability I am sure/if the condition exists....he can make more money than working
