10 minutes workout at home is as good as 2 hours spent at the gym

you wont gain anything if you stay with the same workout, perhaps lose body fat if you keep increasing the reps and still depends on body type

This is not about gaining or losing or competing. The gist of it is some exercise is better than a do nothing approach.
