No I havnt been to St Augustine. My sis says its a really nice place though. I havnt been to Fl since I was a kid. If I dont wind up moving there... I will be visiting every few months.

I think so, I know a couple people that live down there. It's also got some of the lowest rent for the area I've heard

Origionally my sister was checking out a town called Bonita Springs, which is more down south. She said its really nice down there, but Palm Coast is cheaper. Cheaper also being a nice neighborhood too...I hope. But I hear the schools arent that great. :confused
