I think way too much and the rest of the time I'm uncomfy.

Mel, you need to learn to shut your mind off and relax. You are not doing any favors for yourself with this, nor for Liam.

I know I have to learn to shut it off but it just doesn't work lately...

That's not good for you. You need your sleep.

I know it's kinda the pot calling the kettle black, since I am functioning with little sleep nowadays. But I am young and a college student and I think that's excuse enough

LoL Then I'm doing relatively good compared to you. I scrape the 6-8 hours of sleep together a day. Just not in one go

I called my dr's office today to make sure I had the right appointment time for Wednesday and the receptionist said I hope I don't see you this week. She's hoping I go this week sometime naturally.
