I had no kids, I was very lonely.. so nope.. didnt have a good weekend.
But, the good news is, I just got my kids back today so I wont be lonely tonight!

Awww, V. It does take time, but you will enjoy that time to yourself a bit more after a while, but I do know what you mean. You always miss them.
I miss my son absolute tons when he has to go for his contact weekends, but at the same time, I appreciate 'my time' too, to be able to go out. Then again, it has bn this way for me since he was just a few months old, so I s'pose I am use to it more. I can never wait for him to come home though. I ring him on and off at the weekend so that helps. I ask if he wants me to and he always does
We miss eachother but he always has huge hugs for me and from me when he gets back. It always feels so good when they get home doesn't it? Best present ever!!!
I miss the things my son says but when I see him he try's to get everthing out in one breath so funny I can help but laugh then he get's mad at me for laughing at him I try and explane I am not laughing at him but with him. Also you feel a certain warmth from their presence they dont even have to hold you but it's in their eye's the way they look at you
Agreed on both replies. My kids make alot of my pain go away.
Yep, I know exactly what you mean. I have always thought there's a real special kind of aura about my son, his face does say it all too.
Yeah, it's such a comfort to have kids, especially when they do that V, that's what will keep you going and happy.

There are a few of us here, but a cpl of new names I haven't seen posted anywhere and then the main number one person here is on here, which is V of course, you and me oh and Charmer himself is here I think.
Silentbob's here too - used to chat to him/her in chatroom before (they are a cpl, using the same username). Well, that's what we are told anyway lol
They don't really post a great deal - very quiet pair they arehence their username I s'pose.

The weather's been crummy here too. It did warm up last week a little fro a cpl of days and today, but other than that it has been a wet, cold on ocassion, summer.
