The last time I did that type of fish I used a heavy cream sauce and you couldn't taste the fish..

It was realllly garlicy so you couldn't taste the fish at ALL.....

I like a big meal like steak, baked potatoes salad and steamed veggies... and my daughter won't eat the steak, hubbie complains about steak, salad & veggies and my son will only eat the steak & potato

It is a lost cause!!!!!
