My mom has awful migraines .. and these work great .. plus the rest of her feels great too LOL.

And you don't have to take it daily .. just when you feel a migrane coming on.

It's actually called naprosyn (generic name: naproxen) :

They work by reducing the levels of prostaglandins, chemicals that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation. Naproxen blocks the enzyme that makes prostaglandins (cyclooxygenase ), resulting in lower concentrations of prostaglandins. As a consequence, inflammation, pain and fever (if present) are reduced.

has anyone ever had a LP done before?

My mom had that, and they got air trapped in there and had to have a spinal tap done to repair it. She said it was the single most painful experience of her life.
