ok I need some help. Somewhere at Otz in the last week somebody posted a link to a picture site to make cool changes to pictures.

I can't get it to post like it originally did but this was a pic of the dog in water and the water moved.

this is the one I made at the time. But I have no idea what that site was. Anybody recall? not sure if it was even in a picture thread??
