I just had a team meeting. I'm the Vice President Learning for one of our youth club projects, Business Day.

I just got assigned some new batch of responsibilities. Now, beside making the learning plan for the whole team, following the development of the members, consultations with the firms that will be participating on our project and educating them, having to go and promote the project to the students, now I even have to have meetings with the new members that join with the "pocket recruiting" and prepare them for the collaboration with the firms....

Well, this semester will be interesting too....
