Homemade roasted garlic...I do loves me some garlic...

My theory is that if garlic, cheese or bacon does not improve it, it is most likely not worth eating

I love Italian food, seafood Alfredo (especially crab or smoked salmon) is my favorite.

You're in a good place for that! Just about everything I cook has an Italian touch to it...but living where I do, there is a big Slovak influence...and growing up where I did it was very meat and potatoes...so thankfully, I have a huge cooking repetoire...I always say the one thing I do and do well is cook...and it's something i absolutely LERVE to do!

Well, one of my chores this weekend was to cook up some turkey meatballs, homemade spaghetti, and some home made bread...I was downright domestic this weekend! lol
