she called yesterday @ 2pm for a tow.. we finally got there @ 930 PM told her we would be at teh drop off at 12 AM and call her so she could come out.. our driver never called her she fell asleep and just now called @ 4:20 AM to see if the driver dropped off her car yet.. I called the station and they basically refused to contact the driver to see if the car had been dropped yet.the dispatcher told me to tell her to call back after 8 am... just a long hassle that should have never been.. on top of that the driver we sent out was REALLY rude to her and was yelling at her and her 19 yo daughter.
