That's what I've always figured too!
We had a neighbor once who had beautiful grass and landscaping. Worked his tail off all the time.
We would only mow the grass and do a wee bit of landscaping and our yard looked just as nice.
Pissed the guy off like you wouldn't believe.
To irritate him a bit..... the day he mowed his yard.... we'd mow ours a day or so later and his looked crappy then!!!! He'd get right out there and mow his again. Whatever.....

not much for games

trying to concentrate interferes with drinking

i actually do water a bit. but the soils are bad. it takes a ton of water. i should drill a well as the city water is expensive. but it is hard to justify as where i live it is touchy to find enough. then there is iron staining that would be a problem

I like games......

I try to never concentrate when drinking. It's always 100 proof.....

I live on clay. When we built here we bought half the sand from Saudi Arabia to back fill and get a septic field installed. The first year or so, when it rained, we slid to the front door... and I'm talking the whole car too!

my ears are toast from abuse back in the late 70's and early 80's listening to music.

still have most of my hearing but have ringing in the ears.

so i am careful about making things worse now a days.

but I do love to crank it up. I have a pretty expensive stereo and it has so much bass that I can not even get it past a quarter volume without making the turntable skip
