I'm already 50% effaced (which means that my cervix is thinning out...and it's half way there) which I shouldn't be. They have me on a med. called Procardia (sp?), and that's basically to help me to not go into labor. But I stop that in 2-3 weeks...so who's to say what happens before or after that. My docs and a couple other docs that checked me said that I wouldn't make it to the end
