we were supposed to have storms this weekend but dodged them. It has rained a little fucking bit but not bad and the lawn can use it. On the one hand I don't mind the rain saving me money on watering the lawn but if we have a wet fucking summer it will mean work is gonna be another shitty one. Making a living in the state that Granholm has destroyed is so fucking exciting.

There's a pair of Pileated Wood Fucking Pecker's living on our land and I see them frequently when I don't have a camera at hand. I've been fucking lucky once but the shot kinda sucked. Wouldn't you know it. I'm out on the deck sippin' a Diet Pepsi and one of the fuckers is pounding away at a tree. I run in for the camera and it's gone... fucking gone. Fuckers............
