They fucking insist that the roads will be plowed and salted if the conditions exist that fucking make it too dangerous. I'm thinking the way they decide that is when tons of fucking accidents start occurring.

I fucking agree with your thoughts about that. You still get a fucking thumbs up from me, though! :thumbupIt supposedly has to do with the fucking cost of salt and gas and manpower.
