you know I was thinking the other day...I know, I smelt the smoke too...anyway...so I was thinking how much better I am now at NOT even thinking the word F!@#... gone back to my usual self of less is best....of course it did take some practice and self will to stop myself at times....and considering the kind of weeks I've had over the little while I think I've done very well.
My dad taught us as kids that the word fuck, was only to be used when nothing else will do other wise we would look like uneducated morons... BUT I have to say, some days I want to look like an uneducated moron because its fun.
